Financial Advisor

Ivan was born and raised in Ottawa, although his roots rest deep in Croatia.  He grew up working in his family’s business- the well-known New Dubrovnik Ottawa restaurant – where his working experience contributed to his philosophy of excellence in client service.  Ivan graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts degree but his love of the financial markets and helping people have lead him to a career in financial services.

Trained originally as an agent in the Life Insurance industry at Sun Life Financial, Ivan joined Craig & Taylor Associates in 2010 where he is involved in all aspects of financial planning.  His experience since joining our firm has encompassed technical planning, client services and product knowledge. He brings this wealth of knowledge to help guide clients in achieving their investment and estate planning goals.  Ivan is currently completing his studies to achieve the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.
