information to these outside companies for the purpose of transacting
business on your behalf. You acknowledge that information is also stored
and shared in electronic format. In the case of couples, you acknowledge
that information concerning investments held by either partner may be
disclosed to both partners. You also acknowledge that should you ever
request us to send you financial information by electronic means, we
have your permission to comply with your request.
Your information may also be used in order to satisfy valid information
requests from regulators and other organizations or individuals who are
legally entitled to make such requests or who provide a legally valid
search warrant. We will not sell customer lists, e-mail addresses, or
information to others. Your personal information will be protected with
appropriate safeguards and security measures, so if it is your wish for
us to release information to other persons (for example your accountant)
please place your request in writing.
We will make every reasonable effort to keep your information up to date
and correct, and you are entitled to see your file at any time to ensure
that it is accurate, complete and current, but it may not be removed from
our office. |
