Co-founder of Craig & Taylor Associates with his late partner,
Shawn Craig, President Jerry Taylor leads our company’s direction
and philosophy. In addition to guiding the company forward, Jerry enjoys
the relationship side of our business through meeting with his clients,
enhancing our relationships with our leading suppliers and actively supporting
many charities in the Ottawa area. Jerry lends his expertise regularly
to seminar presentations and hosts our CFRA radio show “Planning
Your Retirement the Right Way, Right Now” on Sunday mornings from
January to March each year.
The designations Jerry has achieved during his lengthy career in the
financial services industry are impressive and include: Chartered Life
Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Certified Financial
Planner (CFP), Registered Financial Planner (RFP) and most recently,
Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). Born in Ottawa, Jerry graduated from
Carleton University with a B.A. in Political Science and Law. In 1982,
he began his career in the financial planning industry.
Jerry enjoys the city we live in and can be seen dining out regularly with
friends. Golfing is a pastime when time allows.
